The office decor is pretty good.
There are two offices; when you exit the elevator, there is an office on both the left and right.
I read the negative reviews from netizens and Tianyancha at the time and thought that, after all these years, they surely wouldn't be so clueless as to have made no improvements at all, so I accepted the interview invitation.
First, the company's HR sent the applicant a basic personnel information form to fill out and return.
Then, when I arrived at the company that day, your HR took out another "basic personnel information form" and asked me to handwrite it all over again??? WTF?
What exactly was going on? Where did the one I filled out and sent back go? Did it get sent to a parallel universe?
If it had just been a basic information form, fine—but it also contained a bunch of personal-data collection items that violate the Labor Standards Act. Just looking at it pissed me off.
Then there's the issue of "water": from start to finish, I didn't receive a single glass of water. Is it really that difficult to offer someone a glass of water?
Next, they invited me to an interview and then casually sent in some low-level employee, who opened by saying that the company supervisor wasn't there today. WTF*2 ????
Come on. Your esteemed company invited me to an interview, only to say that your supervisor wasn't there. Then why did you ask me to come? Was HR just trying to meet a performance target?
It gets even funnier. During the conversation, this person later said that they were a supervisor and assigned tasks to people below them.
Hello??? Then why did you say at the start that your supervisor wasn't there? By this point, I didn't even want to expose the contradiction.
I could only quietly listen until they finished and ask all the questions I needed to ask, because I knew that this interview was definitely just to pad HR's numbers.
Sure enough, they later ghosted me outright. Very nicely done—round over.
That was my tearful interview experience above. Feel free to use it as a reference if you're interested.
