They consider older employees useless and force them into early retirement. In addition to their regular work, employees also have to handle projects of all sizes—and the point is, they don't even know how to read the emails! They love making employees come to the company on holidays for training, activities, and work-related matters. It's a militarized education system: what they say goes, and disobedience is not allowed.
