3. The boss doesn’t even know how to press F5: When a webpage is missing images, he immediately yells at us, only to find out that he himself hadn’t refreshed it. This has happened countless times.

4. The boss is always in a hurry: He keeps using twenty-year-old products to take on new projects. Even routine maintenance is already a huge headache, yet he still wants major changes and rush jobs. Of course the result is terrible. Even on holidays, you have to worry that the boss will get angry. When problems arise, the departments just push responsibility back and forth.

5. Your salary will evaporate: Bonuses are deducted all the time. The only reason I wasn’t docked this month was thanks to the Powerpuff Girls’ efforts.

6. Bonuses for the three major holidays: They give out mooncakes and rice dumplings for the three major holidays. How generous.

7. The junior boss: His Chinese is terrible, and you can’t understand a word he says. When you ask him a question, he just touches his mole and talks in circles with you. He can barely use Word, yet he dares to be a PM, and spends all day wandering around the office doing nothing. Besides yelling at employees, all he does is have sex with his girlfriend in the office.

8. Managers: As long as you’ve been here for half a year and are shameless enough to flatter the boss, you can get promoted. The promotion path is really simple and transparent.
