The colleagues are easy to get along with, and transportation is convenient.
1. It is effectively a family business. Although the owner's younger sister claims to be an ordinary employee, she actually has some decision-making authority. She often badmouths employees to the owner behind their backs. Her position is in operations, but she does not do what someone in operations should handle; she often tells the planning or design staff to handle and communicate about those matters. When she is unhappy, she frequently yells at others.
2. The owner's aesthetic sense is so old-fashioned that it feels like he is living in another dimension. He cannot accept new things and often disregards clients' suggestions, instead teaching the designers to create designs according to his own preferences.
3. The owner calls himself a salesperson, yet he often blames the planning staff when performance is poor. In this company, the planning staff have to take all the blame.
4. The siblings often treat clients like idiots. When they want to win a project, they excessively fawn over clients and use all kinds of connections to secure it; after getting it, they execute whatever they want in their own self-important manner.
5. Overall, they even say that the company has no such thing as systems or SOPs—the owner is the rule.
