1. The Taichung headquarters, the Far Eastern Building, is very tall and large.
2. The interview invitation clearly states the interview time, location, and things to note. The second interview/pre-employment training is also notified by text message.
3. The interview covers self-introduction, strengths and weaknesses, leisure activities, and more, so it seems they make a fairly comprehensive effort to understand applicants.
1. There are two options—trainee supervisor and salesperson. The person who called did not seem to be very familiar with the job duties. The second-stage review/pre-employment training provides more information about the job, and any questions can be clarified at that stage.
2. Contract-based employment means there is no base salary. It is better to accept this condition before joining; otherwise, you may hesitate after joining if you did not clarify it beforehand.
3. To be honest, neither the trainee supervisor nor salesperson position is purely an internal office job. The trainee supervisor position is actually similar to the management trainee positions recruited by other insurance companies, and trainee supervisors are not actually HR personnel.
4. The application form requires very detailed information, including previous jobs and compensation, and even the names, ages, and occupations of family members. I believe asking about family members raises privacy concerns.
