The “worst” interview experience of my life
1. The HR representative had a terrible attitude
They acted arrogant and condescending, leaving an extremely negative impression of the company as well.
2. Extremely unprofessional
Although it was your company that sent the interview invitation, the interviewer still questioned the candidate’s work experience during the interview. Did you not review the information carefully before sending the invitation?
3. Terrible at fishing for information
They kept probing for confidential information from my previous company. Who would be foolish enough to let you collect that information? I was even hassled when I politely declined to answer.
Oh, and later I met a former employee of the company, who said that this HR representative had already been complained about, but had not changed at all. Interviewees, beware.
