Pros

There is music to listen to at work.

Cons

The interview process went very smoothly. I interviewed with the general manager, and we had a very pleasant conversation, but little did I know it was all just an illusion.

The interview was for a position in the Shipping Department. The supervisor discriminates against people. I was unfamiliar with and unable to use many Excel formulas, so when I asked, they said, “You don’t even know this? Didn’t they teach you at school?” (Correct, they didn’t.) The department heads are incredibly fake. They say the office atmosphere is great, but in reality everyone is extremely scheming. If you want to join, be prepared to take the blame from the moment you arrive. Not only that, the supervisor also leads the discrimination against newcomers. When a colleague with a master’s degree joined, they kept saying, “So this is all a master’s degree amounts to? How did you get your master’s certificate? You clearly didn’t study, did you?”

During the interview, they said there would be no test and asked me to start work as soon as possible. Looking back, it gives me goosebumps. As soon as I started working, they said I was careless. Come on, ma’am, I had no experience. You didn’t even teach me, yet you said I had no ambition and wasn’t proactive enough (WHAT?). The coworkers were also difficult to get along with; they kept talking about other people’s shortcomings. How old are you people?

This hopeless company is suitable for people who just want to pad their résumés. HR was also a rookie who didn’t know the answer to anything. There was already a group of longtime employees, and HR was afraid of offending them, so they went out of their way to help get people pushed out. Apparently, that’s all perfectly normal. The shipping supervisor’s fake smile is unforgettable to this day.
