It’s not bad before everyone reveals their true colors.
1. The company is very free and “FREE”—so free that employees chat and fool around during work hours, then work overtime until the end of time.
2. They make people work massive amounts of overtime without overtime pay. One colleague reportedly worked for nearly 24 hours straight without leaving—truly superhuman.
3. The boss seems to have lofty ideals and talks very convincingly, but can’t actually accomplish anything. He has no idea who the target audience for the game is and is unable to assess the game’s development objectively. He only sees what he wants to see and does what he wants to do, then wonders why nobody plays the game.
4. He cannot accept the opinions of other professionals and only listens to opinions he finds pleasing. The factions within the company were essentially created by him.
5. When employees request a raise, they come up with a string of excuses to fob them off, saying things like they need to “observe” the situation further—ongoing observation, continued observation, endless observation.
6. Employees who are close to the boss throw their weight around and can directly summon colleagues from other departments to the office and berate them like dogs.
7. The pay is terrible. For this workload, you could probably earn at least twice as much at another company.
8. The boss likes making jokes about women. Girls are advised not to go there.
9. There’s too much to say; it’s impossible to put it all into words in just a few sentences.
