The overall work atmosphere is harmonious, and the team gets along well.

The sales manager had no understanding whatsoever of the operational procedures or product specifications. After I joined the company, they began making excuses to adjust the job responsibilities. During the interview, I was told that the sales department would have two sales quotas, but in the end, one person was essentially doing the work of two.

Despite having been in the position for six years, the sales manager had not kept any work records or customer information at all, relying entirely on memory to work. They were even unaware when a client’s company had gone out of business.

In addition, the manager completely disregarded your personal time. Receiving messages late at night was a daily occurrence, and even holidays were not spared.

As far as I know, no one in this position has stayed for more than three months.
