The overall work atmosphere is harmonious, and the team gets along well.

The sales manager had no understanding whatsoever of the operating procedures or product specifications. Only after I joined the company did they start making excuses to adjust the scope of the work. During the interview, I was told that the sales department would have two sales positions, but in the end, one person was doing the work of two.
