The interview was disappointing. The condescending tone from superiors to subordinates was very apparent, and they kept emphasizing how difficult and challenging the work was. In addition, basic training could simply have been explained after joining the company, but your company chose to cover it during the interview, along with a group interview, making the whole process even longer. By the end of the interview, I had a terrible headache. Before even joining the company, they kept asking whether my previous company counted performance figures and how those figures were achieved.
