台北世界貿易中心股份有限公司
Pros

None at all

Cons

The people representing the company in the interview were a department director, a team leader, and a specialist.

The people who claimed to be the department director and team leader appeared to be around fifty or sixty years old.

Their attitude during the interview was arrogant and poor.

They criticized my university major and speculated about why I had chosen to study it.

They also questioned why I wanted to leave home and stay in Taipei for work.

These questions made me very uncomfortable; what I felt from them was "tasteless and discourteous."

They seemed to be stuck in the mindset of two or three decades ago, believing that the employer's interests come first.

Their attitude toward the interviewee's professional skills showed that they apparently did not value them at all.

After five minutes of the interview, I wanted to leave.

Facing interviewers like these representing the company, I completely lost interest in and willingness to join this company.

BTW

The "Frontend Web Engineer" position advertised by this company lists a long string of required technical skills.

But the actual needs lean toward "web layout and graphic design" <= That's how they referred to it! Design, design, design.

They also give some kind of "assignment."

The interviewee is supposed to go home and help them optimize and redesign their current website.
