Pros

Pros: There’s no such thing....

They say the company is one big family, like family members.

Actually, being considered one of their own is frightening—you can be exploited indefinitely...

The boss’s wife says she has worked into her sixties.

You can work, or you can choose not to.

She’s an extreme workaholic; I really don’t know what she is trying to express....?

Cons

They only exploit employees. On weekdays, employees work overtime from 19:00 to 20:00 without overtime pay; they can only use compensatory leave. Saturday overtime is routinely mandatory. If you don’t work overtime, you have to leave. They even state that overtime is the norm and that employees should continue working without complaint or regret even until midnight. They basically treat employees like slaves...

The company never enrolls employees in labor and health insurance on their first day of employment. They wait until an employee has worked for a week before enrolling them, because they are afraid the employee might work for only one day and then decide to leave.

The company has too many bad practices.

The boss’s wife is emotional. If you don’t do what she wants, she dismisses new employees.

Those who are able to stay are people recruited from other companies.

She has a harsh and cutting personality and feels at ease only when she takes all the work upon herself.

Because work efficiency is poor, employees have to keep working overtime.

Even the long-term employees are the same; they rarely leave on time when working on holidays.

They clearly don’t want to work overtime, but they don’t dare complain.

Even when an employee becomes ill from being overworked and wants to resign, they are told that they can leave only after a replacement has been found. In fact, when recruiting, the company is overly picky. Even when applicants are interested, the company is unwilling to hire them. In the end, they still cannot find someone who gets along with her. The only option is to take leave. Even the outsourced custom-fit tailor felt that working for $3,500 per day was too exhausting because the schedule was too full and the workload was too heavy to continue taking on—but those custom-fitting appointments were still taken over by the boss’s wife herself....

The company does indeed tolerate the fact that all its employees are inefficient.

They think that working overtime is what shows wholehearted dedication to the company.

I have never seen a company that cannot even manage its time allocation.

Whenever they think of something, they tell employees to hurry up and do it.

They just insist that whatever was assigned must be submitted that same day.

Because of poor efficiency, documents are often held up.

Manufacturing vendors constantly complain that the company submits materials too slowly and delays their schedules.

The company has also received customer complaints and been fined.

They also say not to form cliques in the company.

Yet the long-term employees are the ones forming cliques.

They always say that people should be happy at work and not complain, but she is the one who complains and says bad things about others the most.

She lets the long-term employees bully new employees every day, and their daily conversations sound like arguments.

They mistakenly think that the new employees are difficult to get along with.

In reality, the long-term employees simply refuse to admit their mistakes and only make excuses.

When they discover that they are wrong, they just brush it off and pretend nothing happened.

You may wonder why new employees who have worked for only one month seem strange and leave in such a hurry.

They are only given one day for handover.

It turns out they wanted to leave but barely had time to do so; on their last day, they only worked half a day.

Some positions do not even have a handover. You have to figure out the work yourself.

The tasks are simply handed to the new employee to deal with on their own...

It is a traditional sunset industry that nobody wants to work in, so they should just be satisfied with what they have.

Why make things so difficult for everyone?

After reading this, job applicants should know that every position is equally difficult.

Don’t even consider going to the interview....

Everything above really happened.

Even if you get in, you will soon want to leave.

Getting in is simply the beginning of a nightmare.

The kind that leaves you so exhausted your body may collapse...
