中華工程股份有限公司
Pros

Construction sites have a five-day workweek, with public holidays off. Most general construction sites only have six or seven days off per month.

You can leave work on time, and clocking out exactly on the hour is completely fine.

The monthly base salary is high, with actual salary paid as stated, and favorable retirement benefits (the average monthly salary over 15 years is now used for calculation; previously, it was five years).

Very suitable for taking it easy and enjoying a stable later career.

Cons

The salary is lower than at general construction companies, and there is almost no year-end bonus. If you happen to receive a one-month year-end bonus, you should consider yourself lucky; most of the time, it is only half a month.

The monthly base salary is high, with actual salary paid as stated, but there are almost no bonuses. (At general construction companies, the base salary is not high, and bonuses make up the difference, resulting in lower monthly salaries but higher annual income.)

The division of labor is very detailed, so cooperation among departments is necessary. Cross-department communication is slow, like working in a government agency—like an old ox pulling a cart. When a construction site is rushing to meet a deadline, it can be maddening.

Very suitable for taking it easy and enjoying a stable later career, but there are many older employees; it is an aging company that pushes young people to the breaking point.
