I can't think of anything at the moment. I'll add more if I think of something.
[ Organizational Management ]
• Chaotic—an absolute mess. The results of the personnel organizational structure are far worse than anything you encountered in a randomly assigned university general-education group. If you like rigorous rules and processes, you will go crazy.

[ Project Management System ]
• There is tremendous room for improvement. Borrow a few books on project management from the library and read them (just one, please). They could help your employees work more efficiently and make the company more cold, hard cash. Wouldn't that be great? Keep it up! Please, keep it up!

[ Software Development ]
• After reading classic software-development books by people like “Uncle Bob,” you will realize, once you join this company, that you read them for nothing, because you will have no use for them at all. You might think this has to do with an individual's attitude toward development. In that case, try joining this company and see how well you can do with schedules and systems like these. Perhaps you can still achieve decent development results and architecture, but only if you sacrifice your life, giving your life and everything else to the company. If you expect to become a superhero—someone who can maintain a good development mindset and discipline even amid total chaos—then come on in! Keep it up! Step outside your comfort zone and challenge your life!
• The company does not value professional software-development processes or discipline; it only values speed. Although most companies are like this, when the situation becomes too extreme, it can actually negatively affect the depth of your professional-skill development and your mindset.

[ Company Senior Management / Organizational Personnel ]
• I seriously doubt whether the people responsible for the organization have studied Carnegie's series of books on human relations, or books on psychology. They are extremely skilled at appeasing employees—so skilled that you think everything you hear is true, until eventually you realize that what you experience is not like that at all. Put more plainly, we call it “painting a big picture” (making grand promises).
[ Compensation ]
• The following is a subjective personal statement; you can simply take it with a relaxed, easygoing attitude as an account of the facts. Have you ever wrung out a wet rag? The company is the pair of hands, and you are the rag.

[ Conclusion ]
• If you never understood why your mother always told you not to spend money recklessly when you were young—because earning money is hard—then come on in. Everything your mother said was true.
