Pros...
To be honest, apart from the excellent environment—the open-plan space is quite pleasant—the equipment provided is also fairly good. It’s Apple equipment, although somewhat outdated and Excel runs very slowly. Other than that, everything is OK.
That’s the only advantage.
1. The company’s systems are extremely inadequate and feel merely for show. Senior colleagues say that if you want a promotion, you need to make the boss or consultant like you and have a good impression of you; it absolutely has nothing to do with whether you are capable. If they don’t like you, they may even resort to underhanded tactics, asking supervisors to work with colleagues in the department to ostracize employees they want to get rid of.
2. The overall atmosphere at the company is incredibly bizarre. Employees in a department ostracize the department manager.
3. The items listed on the pay slip are extremely confusing.
The base salary is very low, and they add money under many messy categories until it reaches the salary amount discussed in the interview.
4. The company has a position called “consultant.” This person secretly observes what people they dislike are doing and places great emphasis on old-fashioned workplace etiquette.
As with the first point, if someone is not to their liking, they try to drive that person out.
5. More than 20 people definitely come and go at the company over the course of a year.
Employees generally do not stay for long.
The company particularly likes to recruit employees under the title of “assistant”
because it is cheaper and easier to deceive people.
I advise fresh graduates to think carefully if they are considering going to an interview.
Don’t waste your time.
