None; the salary and benefits are getting worse and worse.
1. In general, cliques among senior employees are a serious problem, with strong exclusivity. No matter how friendly and approachable a newcomer is, they will still be isolated unless they are lucky enough to join one of the few good departments.
2. The company as a whole is simply consumed by internal friction. Even when someone makes a mistake at work, the person involved is not informed; people only speak badly about them behind their back.
3. Training is merely a formality. Whether you learn anything at work depends entirely on whether senior employees are willing to teach you. In cases where exclusion is severe, you cannot obtain information or resources and may even receive no assistance at all with your work.
4. After only two months on the job, you are expected to produce results for your assigned business. If you cannot, they criticize you for progressing too slowly and ask you to reflect on your performance.
5. The company only looks good on the outside; there are practically no benefits inside. Bonuses and year-end bonuses depend entirely on your supervisor’s evaluation, and your supervisor’s personal preference toward you affects everything.
6. It calls itself a technology company, but it is essentially a traditional industry company. Much of the work has to be handled manually, and the many backend systems often require cross-referencing and comparison before you can work, which wastes a lot of time.
7. If you find a good job, you can leave, because the salary and benefits are not worth staying and enduring the silent treatment.
