The interviewer herself couldn’t clearly explain the products their company offers, yet insisted on making the interviewee introduce them instead. She then asked who I thought determines the salary. I believe this question has no standard answer, but her answer was “myself.” I looked at other people’s interview experiences with this company both before and after the interview, and everyone’s conclusion was that it was like playing music to a cow.
