The boss has a good personality
A traditional industry company that takes orders for uniforms from businesses and organizations. After receiving the orders, it outsources production to garment manufacturers. The company provides measuring services and uniform alterations.
You have to work overtime on Saturdays to enter orders into the system, and you only receive compensatory time off. However, when there are a large number of orders, it is basically very difficult to take compensatory leave. You may also be forced to work overtime on Saturdays.
Clearly, there are problems with the entire workflow from start to finish, which results in the need to work overtime on Saturdays, yet the problems still cannot be improved....
During periods when large orders are being handled, weekday overtime is at least until 19:00–20:00. No overtime pay is provided, which violates the Labor Standards Act.
Most employees are typically around their mothers' age, while there are relatively few young people. Young employees want to leave soon after joining. The work is very demanding, with little time for breaks in between. Job seekers, think carefully before applying....
Starting salaries are generally NT$28,000–30,000.
