Cons
The pacemaker department has working hours of approximately 60–70 hours per week.
Regular overtime on Saturdays and Sundays violates the Labor Standards Act.
For working overtime to attend meetings on Saturdays, only 0.5 days of compensatory leave can be reported, and it is often impossible to take the leave.
