1. The interview was divided into three parts: first, a test; then an interview with three technical managers together; and finally, an HR interview.
2. Regarding the test, I crammed for a week beforehand, so I felt fairly confident about what I wrote@@
3. The interview process went smoothly overall, and there were no lengthy waits between stages.
4. The interview managers and HR seemed quite respectful toward candidates and answered questions (though I’m not the type to ask random questions).
5. After the interview, I asked roughly how long it would take to hear back. I remember they said around seven business days, but I received the offer after about five days!
I interviewed with several companies in the same industry at the same time. Generally speaking, the interview experiences weren’t bad, but a few of them acted quite condescendingly. You could call it a stress test if you put it nicely; put less nicely, they were just putting on airs^_^
To be honest, the experience with this company wasn’t bad, and the environment was nice too. It’s in the Breeze Nan Shan building (there are lots of attractive women on the way).
