1. Eight out of ten people in the HR department are garbage. I won’t name anyone, but the tall one with a skeletal build is completely mentally unstable, because they kept changing the employment conditions after I started working. I also heard from colleagues that they deceive foreigners. Recently, a foreign employee was fired.

But it was too pitiful: no one trained them properly or taught them anything. They were treated like cattle being herded in Australia, and then immediately fired.

The company owner’s thinking is extremely problematic. They have no intention of cultivating new employees, yet demand performance… Is their head full of shit? How can they… teach us nothing, act so arbitrarily, and casually fire people at short notice?

Everything discussed during the interview differed from what happened later, including the pay. The bonus was only for one month, even though the interview stated two months. Fraud. As for employees of certain nationalities, they also deceived them regarding visa issues.

I just mentioned that a foreign colleague was deceived by them three times.

It seems they didn’t want to pay him, but they exploit this tactic because it is very difficult for foreigners to find jobs, so they have no choice but to accept all of the company’s demands. In short, it is intimidation.

The people in the HR department all have mental problems.
