The colleagues are nice and easy to get along with.
Assistant manager level and above think they are very capable, but in reality they are not. They verbally attack people if their methods differ from theirs.
During the interview, they said they would try to negotiate a salary higher than your expected amount, but they did not provide a specific figure. After you officially started, they began criticizing everything and complaining that you were not working hard enough. It was obvious that they lured you in under false pretenses and only said this afterward.
People at the assistant manager level and above do not even know how to use the measuring instruments, and expect new employees to figure things out on their own. They just say that since you have experience, you only need to adjust your approach.
They constantly question the measurement results, but when asked to operate the equipment themselves, they do not dare to.
