The benefits are truly scraping the bottom of the barrel. I don’t know what the welfare committee is even there for. At the end of last year, the year-end banquet was changed to a spring banquet, but because of the pandemic, it simply disappeared. The company didn’t issue any notice at all and just did away with the spring banquet, without even making any statement. They saved a lot of money—this is a company that clearly never considers its employees. And yet you still promote yourselves as meeting the standards of a “happy enterprise.” Do you actually meet those standards? If you’re seriously thinking about your career plans, my sincere advice is not to go. This company makes no effort at all to run its welfare committee. I strongly recommend that everyone think twice!
