Employee meals

The salary seems decent
1. People in other positions in the kitchen pretend to know more than they do. They come over to instruct you, but only have a superficial understanding.
2. The kitchen employees speak very rudely and are extremely impolite.
3. The atmosphere is unpleasant, and employees often argue.
4. The walk-in refrigerator is located in another building, so it is very inconvenient if you forget to take something.
5. Employees smoke indoors (for nonsmokers, the smell of smoke is very unpleasant).
Overall, the longtime employees there have very arrogant attitudes. As a result, new hires keep quitting, but the owner does not dare to fire them (because if they are fired, there will be no one to do the work).
