I met the colleagues I would be working with in the future during the interview. Although it was not for long, I felt valued.

The supervisor seemed like a nice and easygoing person, and sincerely and honestly explained the company's collaboration model, atmosphere, and so on. The short-, medium-, and long-term goals for the position I applied for, the status of cross-departmental cooperation, and other matters were all explained quite clearly.

The company provides lunch free of charge.

Transportation is not very convenient and it is somewhat far away; this depends on the individual.

Employees must wear a shirt uniform to work. New employees must provide their own uniform initially and can wear the official uniform only after completing the three-month probationary period.

During the interview, be sure to confirm the expected compensation. I clearly wrote specific figures in every section where I was asked to provide my expected compensation, and the interview process went smoothly. The supervisor mentioned my compensation, saying that it was within a reasonable range, but that the final decision would be made by the company. Afterwards, no one ever questioned the figures I had provided. However, the final offer had a monthly salary that was NT$2,000 lower than my expected salary, and another NT$2,000 of the salary consisted of a perfect-attendance bonus, which was extremely disappointing.
