Some colleagues are very nice
A company run by old-school traditional-industry thinkers hiding behind the facade of a startup
If you are considering joining, please think carefully
If you are expecting the interesting and free-spirited work culture that comes with joining a startup
then don't even think about it here
There is absolutely no startup-like working atmosphere. They talk about free management, but in practice they demand that everyone follow traditional-industry thinking
The company already has very few employees, but six colleagues have left in the past three months, including senior managers and key technical staff
That alone should show how serious the problems at this company are, right?
Simply put, it is a one-person dictatorship led by the boss, with no respect for employees and severe chauvinism
When things succeed, it is because of the boss's leadership; when they fail, it is the employees' responsibility
The boss's various statements are truly eye-opening
The company's current operating situation is extremely poor, but the boss keeps making grand promises
Don't be fooled by claims such as the company planning to expand into overseas branches next year
