The products are good
Many employee discounts
You can take home bread from the previous day
NT$80 for half an hour of overtime
Annual leave is only granted on New Year's Eve and the first day of the Lunar New Year
No compensatory time off for national holidays (and no double pay or overtime pay)
The customer comes first
Lots of miscellaneous duties; customer service, administration, and graphic design all combined into one role
Administrative positions also require shift work rather than a five-day workweek
(This was explained during the interview, but looking back, feeling that it is a little unfair is just my personal complaint)
Supervisors assign work on holidays :)
No employee trips
No gifts or bonuses for the three major festivals
