智擎數位科技股份有限公司
Pros

The environment is well decorated

Cons

I feel it is my responsibility to tell people who are currently interested in this company—or those who are about to interview here—what kind of environment this really is.

Three years ago, I saw a former employee speak out about similar issues:

1. The company promotes itself as not having an overtime culture, yet the overall atmosphere is one of constant overtime, without overtime pay.

2. They will call you into a pointless meeting ten minutes before the end of the workday, and it may last two or three hours.

3. They add many tasks unrelated to your professional responsibilities and expect you to accept them all without question.

4. Surely no one has so much free time that they would come here to fabricate stories about a company with which they have no connection. Fortunately, this is an age of transparency, so everyone, please keep your eyes open and see clearly.

After seeing the experiences of those who came before us, I realized that we are not alone. These negative reviews really are not baseless rumors—or is your company actually just carrying on the tradition?

Your company’s policies are so bizarre that enormous amounts of time are spent in meetings every day, listening to the company’s boss personally attack people and discriminate against the poor, people who have not yet succeeded in society, manual laborers and workers, and hardworking delivery drivers...

People are subjectively divided into two categories: if you have money, it means you are a winner in life; the means used to achieve it are another matter. Everyone else is expected to bow and scrape to these “winners,” because you are merely a “lower-class member of society” who sells smiles and panders. I have never seen such a tragically bleak and intense company atmosphere. Employees are threatened with their livelihoods day and night, given unreasonable demands and forced to meet them; if they fail, they receive demerit points, and once the points accumulate, they are deemed to have poor performance and immediately told to get lost.

There is absolutely no respect for people. In one meeting, the profession of “lecturer” was verbally insulted and its existence was disparaged. The view was that if lecturers were truly professional, they would not continue working as lecturers. Your company proudly calls itself a “boutique education business,” so why does it hold these views? In fact, anyone with insight can see what is going on. Of course, I am not referring to myself; surely all the talented people who were forced out know that what I am saying is true. During the pandemic, when unemployment remained high, your company’s turnover rate continued to rise. All I can say is that achieving this state must have taken considerable effort.

Incidentally, the beautiful company environment really is its “only” advantage!
