Pros
Crocs agency; there are many store operations, transfers, and moving goods, keeping employees busy and definitely never bored.
Cons
The benefits system keeps getting worse, the salary commission is low (using half individual performance and half team performance), the penalties are harsh, and employee turnover is high.
