I encountered a few good colleagues, but almost all of the excellent people have either left or been forced out.

The boss loves showing off too much. There is nothing shameful about not having money.

But having no money while pretending to be wealthy, constantly buying cars, and then worrying about what people will say is simply disgusting.

They say, “If you dare to go for it, we dare to give [you what you need]”? Then why was a Tesla sports car given to the sales manager? Wasn't it only because the person was a relative?

They say the company has no money, so employees need to take unpaid leave, and then spend two million buying a car while being unable to pay the sales staff their year-end bonuses?

They say it is because of the impact of the pandemic, but then spend one or two million on quasi-multilevel-marketing courses and force employees to attend?

All they think about is how to show off and make themselves look impressive, but they never consider that without employees swallowing their grievances, where would their supposed brilliance come from?

They tell outsiders how much they cherish and appreciate their employees, but then say in front of the employees that without the boss, the employees would have no jobs, so everyone should be grateful to the boss?

They do not know how to reflect on their own personality. Taking those bizarre courses or praying to strange supernatural forces is all useless. ^_^
