To be fair, you can learn about things from the 1970s here. Executives often say: “The company is very wealthy, and the boss doesn’t care about this small amount of money at all.” As a result, people are not very serious about their work. The entire Xinshun Industrial Park, Xiefu Power Plant, 7 Jun Fumeixing, and Fuxin Securities belong to the boss, and he even holds equity in the Jiashan Farm in China, as well as Taiwan’s Eastern Broadcasting and China Airlines.
At the Vietnam plant, there is a local master craftsman who only graduated from elementary school and claims to have entered the workforce at the age of 13, but he does not understand the technology. Once, when the Vietnamese team’s development was nearing completion, he happened to get lucky and stumble upon the right solution. Unfortunately, Chairman Wu was completely taken in by him. Because the company is very closed, professional managers only want to make a little progress and use a few new terms to make Chairman Ding very happy.
The company’s senior executives use nominees to buy houses in Vietnam, while their actual jobs are merely a sideline. Every decision is made to bring down opposing factions.
