The expectations for a sense of responsibility are very high. In addition to overseeing production during the day, you must be ready to answer calls at any time, including at night and on holidays, 24 hours a day.
You are also responsible for developing production SOPs, maintaining repair parts, and managing software systems.
Therefore, unless there is genuinely nothing to do, although the scheduled workday is about 8 hours, you will probably be online for around 10 hours.
You must also respond to customer needs and handle additional tasks assigned by the boss—for example, if no one is doing something, you may be designated to do it; if someone else has not done something well, you may be designated to take over.
Usually, it only matters who is willing to do something, rather than whose responsibility it is.
It is very easy for the work to damage your health.
