There aren't really any advantages.....

I applied for a position as a senior executive's driver. The salary was 44,000, with an unlimited-hours arrangement. Working hours were 7:00–21:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and 07:00–23:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The two drivers took turns working shifts. When there were no pick-ups or drop-offs, we also had to handle general affairs duties. There was a lot of work and nowhere to take a break. The department was under HR, and employees were also forced to exercise by riding stationary bikes.

During the interview, they did not disclose the actual working hours. When I asked, they only said the regular hours were 08:30–17:30, so I thought there would not be much overtime. Only after actually starting the job did I find out that the daily working hours were as long as 14–16 hours. It was terrifying!! I urge everyone not to accept this awful unlimited-hours arrangement.
