Cons
1. They didn’t ask whether I wanted any water, and the interviewer was also 20 minutes late.
2. The boss came across as somewhat conceited, thinking that what they knew was everything.
3. When looking for someone to do analysis, they surprisingly didn’t care about competitors, which gave the impression of an outsider leading an expert.
4. They promised to respond but broke their promise. It’s perfectly normal to ghost applicants, but I recommend not making promises to people.
