Pros: Parking spaces, free meals, overtime pay, and it's easy to get in if you want to work there.
Quality Assurance Engineer work: It's lousy and unpleasant. Quality assurance here involves physical labor and moving heavy items—not just one or two, but a whole lot of them. You keep moving and measuring; there is so much to do that you can't finish without working overtime. If you don't finish, it's your problem—it's a responsibility-based system!! The salary is only slightly higher than that of an operator, yet the work is more exhausting. Calling it a Quality Assurance Engineer is really just a nicer-sounding title for an operator.
