Cons
The company has no standardized processes, and they keep changing. Some senior executives lack the relevant expertise, but they all share the same skill: setting traps for others to fall into. I strongly agree with what a former colleague said: this is a place where laypeople lead experts. I advise newcomers considering an interview or joining the company not to waste their time and energy—look at other companies instead.
