Very bad. I recommend that everyone avoid coming here and wasting time getting criticized by the boss.
1. The company location is difficult to find.
2. The company is small; there is not even any private space for interviews, so the whole company listens in together.
3. The boss is extremely difficult to get along with, and the colleagues also look unfriendly.
After only a few answers that were deemed unsatisfactory, the boss would glare at you. Every sentence was intended to make things difficult. On the surface, they said they hoped to get to know the job candidate better, but in reality, after you finished speaking, the other person would not respond at all. This job clearly does not require dealing with people, so why was the interview even more difficult than one for a service-industry position?
