The colleagues are all very nice

Cons

1. The boss lives in their own world, is self-righteous, and speaks with absolutely no logic.......

2. Pretend democracy, real dictatorship

They pretend to ask for your opinion, but in reality, they are just wasting everyone’s time; they completely refuse to listen to other people’s opinions.

3. Very good at prying into people’s private lives

4. Very good at making rules, but never follows them

The schedule set each month is just for show; meetings are never held on time. Meetings are either spent talking nonsense or repeating what was discussed the previous week. The boss never reviews the meeting content beforehand and always wastes time trying to understand the reports. Meetings never reach any conclusions—in short, they are a waste of time.

5. The boss’s values are extremely distorted, always looking for shortcuts, treating plagiarism as the norm, and constantly skirting the edge of legality.

6. People the boss does not like may end up being dismissed. Even capable people can meet the same fate if the boss does not like them.

7. A traditional punch clock.......and the time is always a few minutes slow.......

8. All of the company’s hardware and software are extremely outdated.......
