The salary is okay.
1. Continuing to work after clocking out at 17:20 does not qualify for overtime pay.
2. Endless exploitation of employees, with all kinds of unreasonable performance targets.

4. The HR department is incompetent and likes to use various methods to make employees resign voluntarily, rather than pay severance.
