The headquarters interview area was very spacious, and the interview was held in a private meeting room. The company environment was nice. First, I interviewed with HR, who asked some fairly detailed background questions, and then I met with the hiring manager. I was interviewing for an e-commerce position, and the manager was a woman. In addition to assessing the necessary skills, the hiring manager also asked for my thoughts on potential issues I might face after joining the company. I felt that everything was communicated honestly and very clearly. I think this helped me evaluate whether I was suited to the job requirements. She also shared a lot about attitudes in the workplace, and came across as very positive and optimistic. Overall, she gave me a clear and specific explanation of the entire interview process, so I felt it was a very pleasant interview. At the end, she politely walked me to the elevator and chatted with me for a bit, which made me feel less nervous.

The company is a bit far away and cannot be reached by MRT. The nearest bus stop also requires a walk of about 5–7 minutes. If you do not ride a scooter, commuting to work in the summer seems like it would be quite difficult.
