Even when targets aren’t met, no one is held accountable. If you have thick enough skin, you can continue coasting indefinitely, but personally, I think it’s a waste of life.

The strategy at this company is for several old-timers to do nothing but collect a paycheck while treating new hires as expendable. Newcomers are specifically assigned difficult tasks or work that no one else is willing to do. If they succeed, the credit goes to the old-timers in management; if they fail, it’s simply the new hire who gets sacrificed. As a result, six people in the business unit resigned within two years.

As for the work itself, there is no onboarding training when you join and no handover when you leave. There are written rules in name only, but execution gets zero points. The staff’s professional competence is poor: people who are not good at English, cannot use Office, do not understand export sales, and have no relevant experience—including an animal keeper from a certain industrial park—can also work in sales. I don’t know what else to say.
