Not a strength, just a description of the interview situation. First, the assistant conducted the initial part of the interview before I spoke with the female boss. Communication with the assistant was average, and no strange questions came up, but the assistant seemed a bit scatterbrained, taking out whatever came to mind.
The female boss asked a whole bunch of very, very detailed questions, but they weren’t work-related—they were all personal questions. I would have preferred the focus to be on how much the company could pay me and how much value I could bring to the company, rather than on what my dad and mom do for a living! Are you hiring me as a daughter-in-law?
The office environment didn’t look very good. Anyone going for an interview should use their own judgment~
