1. Accumulated experience, but most of it was gained by creating opportunities for myself
2. The brands represented are very high-quality
1. The represented brands have many regulations, headquarters provide few resources, and the company has a low budget. Within the limited scope of the job, it is impossible to achieve anything substantial.
2. I 100% agree with “They only require you to get things done but won’t teach you how to do them. If a new idea doesn’t align with theirs, they say you’re wrong.”
Everything is decided by the boss.
The most frightening thing is that they secretly ask HR to open a job posting for your current position and hint in various ways that you should resign, because the company cannot afford to pay you severance.
3. This was the first time I encountered office employees taking turns being the “person on duty.” During the assigned week, you have to sweep the floor, water the plants, and clean the coffee machine—and you cannot do these tasks during your scheduled working hours (meaning you have to come in early to clean).
4. Basically, you can find all the typical Taiwanese-company workplace culture here.
Summary: Regardless of how many years of work experience you have accumulated, I strongly and sincerely recommend that you do not come to this company—unless you are extremely submissive.
(Also, based on my own real work experience, the credibility of Workplace Insight can reach 90%.)
