Hardly picky about who they hire
Almost everyone who gets hired will be assigned to work in a cleanroom.
A characteristic of cleanroom work is that you can only stand throughout your shift, with no break time, and you can hardly use the restroom or drink water.
Then, as a daily routine, overtime lasts at least 10–11 hours, but overtime pay and wages are both calculated based on the base salary.
As a result, turnover on the production floor is extremely high, and there are almost no people with more than one year of tenure.
Those who feel they can adapt may consider applying.
