The interview process was very smooth, going from HR → the junior manager → the senior manager.

Usually, you only move on to the next interviewer if the previous one thinks you passed.

The HR person who scheduled the interview was very nice. Even when I wanted to reschedule, she always said it was up to me and never seemed impatient;

The junior-manager lady spoke logically, and after asking her questions, she also told me how she would solve them herself;

Although the senior manager looked a bit intimidating, he was also quite humorous. He had his own principles but also respected people (?

Oh, but HR wouldn’t tell you what range your compensation could fall into. She only asked you to name your expected salary, because I asked but was quietly brushed off 😂

I didn’t expect it—the interview that day was actually pretty enjoyable.

But I hope they can send me an offer soon, haha.
