I happened to have the opportunity to browse this place. After reading what others had written, I felt that it was very different from my own understanding. I am someone who is currently actually working here. Judging from the timing, the people who left comments were probably either not hired or dismissed during their probationary period. To be fair, I think this company gives employees considerable room to发挥 their abilities. The company is engaged in innovative finance, and looking at its progress, it has indeed placed importance on protecting customers. That is also what makes me feel more at ease. In addition, it already has clear products, and the number of employees continues to grow, with the office space expanding as well.
As for whether the pay is good, although I had not yet passed my probation at the time, I still received a year-end bonus before Lunar New Year calculated proportionally based on two months. I also received additional bonuses in April, August, and December of last year, as well as April of this year. The payments were quite good, and that deserves recognition. There are also company dinners, snacks, and coffee, and each person receives a regular fruit box every week. I have never seen a supervisor or boss scold anyone in front of everyone. Overall, I feel that I have worked conscientiously and achieved results, and my work has given me feedback that I am fairly satisfied with. If it were not for seeing a pile of irrational complaints from people who made no effort, I would not have felt the need to say anything. It is really misleading. Someone upstairs even said that they only won a NT$3,000 prize at the year-end party and complained that the organizers cheated, which was truly laughable. Normally, when things are going well, I would not be bored enough to write a review. I just felt strongly about it, so I am sharing this for everyone’s reference.
If the product direction is wrong, it is changed immediately. Things really change too quickly, and ordinary people often have trouble keeping up.
