Pros:
1. Salary is higher than at other companies
2. The boss has a PhD from National Taiwan University and a high IQ
3. The boss loves Taiwan
4. The company provides lunch
5. Complies with the Labor Standards Act
6. Colleagues get along well
7. The office environment in the new factory is good
Cons:
1. The workload is twice that of other companies
2. The boss's EQ... is inversely proportional to his IQ
3. The boss likes to use Taiwanese [to] communicate with people
4. There are no shops near the company
5. Office staff are expected to "voluntarily work overtime" without overtime pay, especially sales staff; leaving work too early will put you on the boss's blacklist
6. Colleagues getting along well = the idea that we're all fellow sufferers
7. The office chairs are plastic chairs
8. The turnover rate is extremely high
9. Salaries are paid on the 10th of each month, later than at other companies
10. The company needs lackeys, not talent. Please evaluate yourself carefully before going
Recommended for: 1. Newly graduated true warriors --> After being toughened here, you will be able to handle things with ease at other companies
2. Those who cannot survive without this salary --> If you are already unable to make ends meet, you can tolerate everything else
