The air conditioning is very cool.
Poor benefits. The year-end bonus is only a fraction of a month’s salary, and there are no holiday bonuses.
The boss has a frightening mindset and is very stingy with dividends. There are many backstabbers who hide knives behind their smiles.
People are dismissed arbitrarily and without reason. Employees are treated with extreme disrespect.
Those who manage to stay are crafty old foxes who flatter HR and the boss every day.
A kind reminder to anyone thinking of applying for an interview:
If you have plenty of time and enjoy being a sycophant, you can give the interview a try.
After being hired, you can also experience the thrill of discovering that the actual job is different from what was discussed in the interview!
