The colleagues are nice!
Cons
No bonuses, and the year-end bonus is very small (less than one month’s salary); the holiday bonuses are also very small.
There are no notable benefits, and the workday starts too early.
The company lacks standardized SOPs and procedures, and policies vary depending on the person.
The salary is not commensurate with the workload (low pay), and there is no transparent promotion system, etc.
